  • You can pay through Wallet/UPI for immediate service during business hours.
  • Payment gateway payments start after 3 days for domestic, 9 business days for international, with a 2% service charges (payment gateway charges).

  • If you pay through UPI: Your work order will be released within 24 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • If you pay through a payment gateway: Your work order will be released within 3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • UPI payments are processed instantly, so work order release is faster.
  • Payment gateways require additional verification and settlement processes, causing a slight delay.

Business days are weekdays (Monday-Friday & 10am-5pm) excluding weekends and national holidays.

  • For UPI payments: If it's been more than 24 business hours since your payment, please contact customer support.
  • For payment gateway payments: If it's been more than 3 business days since your payment, please contact customer support.

Resume Experts (REs) communicate via WhatsApp or Email (unless you opt for dedicated Resume Experts paid services @ ₹1499) They will send you a Google form or email for information.

The first draft arrives on the promised date (tentatively 6-8 business days). 

 You have 30 days from the work order to respond to revisions, otherwise additional charges ₹499 may apply.

 

  • Revisions are free. You are entitled to one free draft copy. Subsequent draft copies will incur a charge of ₹99 per draft. We will not share drafts or final copies without your approval. 

Once you approve the final draft, you'll receive the final copy. No further free services are included after delivery.

Editing, duplicate copies, and other post-delivery services incur additional charges.

 

  • Yes, you will receive a standard template with your order. Any additional modifications or changes to the template will incur a fee of ₹499 per change.

 

  • Budget service resumes and cover letters are delivered as non-editable PDF soft copies via WhatsApp.

  • Standard delivery is 6-8 business days. (through WhatsApp)
  • Express delivery arrives in 24-48 business hours (with extra charges ₹1499).  (through WhatsApp)

  •  No, the Resume Writing (Fresher) & Graduate Pack is specifically designed for individuals who are fresh out of college or university and have no work experience. If you have prior work experience, including internships, you may want to consider a different package. 

  • You receive the final resume on WhatsApp (PDF). No further free services are provided.
  • Editing, duplicate copies, etc. incur additional fees in future (Editing Services start from ₹1499).

  •  Complimentary services have a limited validity period, as specified in your work order. Complimentary services are only available upon the successful completion of your work order. If your work order is incomplete or withdrawn, complimentary services will not be provided. The management's decision regarding complimentary services (offer) is final and cannot be disputed. 

  •  Yes, absolutely! We prioritize your satisfaction and will never share the final resume with you without your explicit approval. You'll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback before we finalize it. 

  •  No, unfortunately, we do not offer free revisions after the final resume has been delivered to you. However, we are happy to discuss any necessary changes and provide you with a revised version at a competitive rate. 

  •  Absolutely! The resume is yours, and we encourage you to customize it to fit specific job applications. You can easily make changes directly in the MS Word document we provide.
  • However, please note the following:
    While we strive to deliver files in a compatible format, there's a slight chance of formatting variations depending on your device and software version.
  • Ensure you're using the latest version of compatible software (e.g., Microsoft Word on Windows 11) for optimal viewing and editing.
  • Issues with unlicensed software or non-standard devices might affect how the resume displays.
  • If you encounter any compatibility problems, we recommend seeking assistance from the software manufacturer or searching for solutions online. We cannot provide support for issues related to unlicensed or non-standard software/devices. 

  • All communication and delivery are online.
