Terms and Conditions for Professional Writing Services  

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the professional writing services offered by Book Your Resume (BYR) / resumewritingindia.com (RWI). By placing an order through our Website, WhatsApp, Email, Google Business Profile, or any other authorized platform, you ("Client" or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By availing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order shall apply.

Scope of Services  

These Terms apply to all services including, but not limited to:

• Resume Writing
• Cover Letter Writing
• LinkedIn Profile Optimization
• Web Content Creation
• Resume Editing and Format Customization 
• any other content writing / designing services

Intellectual Property

All content created and delivered by BYR/RWI remains the sole intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or use the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including sharing with third parties, without our prior written consent.

Pricing and Modifications

The Company reserves the right to:

• Revise service pricing at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or content without liability.
• All prices are final at the time of purchase.

No Guarantees or Warranties

We provide professional writing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Interview calls
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) scores
• Format compatibility across all devices, operating systems, or software

Customized templates or designs must not be altered by the Client to prevent layout issues.

Data Usage and Confidentiality

• Personal data provided by you will be stored securely and used solely for service fulfillment or direct communication.
• We will not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law.
• We may use your name and city (excluding contact or confidential information) for marketing or testimonial purposes.

Templates and Formats

Only one standard format or template is provided per service. Multiple design options are not included unless explicitly purchased.

Refund and Revision Policy

• All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of satisfaction or outcome.
• Final deliveries include one draft version. Any additional edits, revisions, or re-sending of files are chargeable, including but not limited to:
  • Post-delivery edits
  • Re-sending soft copies due to client-side loss
  • Conversion from non-editable formats
  • Word format not included in original plan
• Complimentary services (if any) are discretionary and non-binding.

Editing Services

• Original format/content will be retained unless you have specifically purchased additional design or customization services.

Turnaround Time and Communication

• Standard turnaround time is 6-8 working days, starting from the date all required inputs are received.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly; however, the Company is not liable for such delays.
• All services are provided digitally only. No physical meetings or consultations are offered.
• It is the Client’s responsibility to check inboxes and spam/junk folders for updates and deliverables.
• Delivery is deemed complete upon confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Re-delivery requests beyond 24 hours are chargeable.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information within 5 working days of our request.
• Failure to do so may result in delivery using available data. The Company shall not be liable for quality concerns under such circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

• All services are rendered in good faith and in line with industry standards.
• Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:
  • System or formatting errors
  • Document corruption
  • Loss of job opportunities
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • ATS Scores, Job interviews guarantees & Job selections 

Official Communication Channels

• All official communication will be conducted via WhatsApp only.
• Emails may be used for delivery but do not constitute the official record.

Typographical & Descriptive Errors

• The Company reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors on its platforms or communications, even after an order has been placed.
